PRETREATMENT
To maximize film properties like adhesion, corrosion resistance and impact resistance, the substrates must be properly cleaned and surface conversion.
SPRAY EQUIPMENT
Papillon’s Polyester Urethane powders are suitable for use with all corona and tribo charge spray equipment.
FILM THICKNESS & STOVING SCHEDULE
Film thickness : 60-80 micron
Stoving Schedule : 200°C metal temperature for 10 minutes
180°C metal temperature for 10 minutes (fast cure version)
